Over 30 years’ experience working alongside top-notch tableside/barside mentors in the hospitality industry representing over 50 businesses as a bilingual (English & French) server, bartender,
front-of-house manager, nightclub manager and marketing manager. Well-versed in working with franchises, independents, fast-food outlets, caterers, delivery/take-out/call ahead pickup systems, nightclubs, and Higher Education food services.  A proven track record for increasing sales and a business’ profile within the community.
Jana Schilkie is also a graduate of the Public Relations program at Cambrian College and the Communications program at Laurentian University with 26 years experience as a fundraiser in the not-for-profit industry.
